“The house was perfect. Parking was a little tough but we managed. Would recommend this host to anyone. Pool was clean, house was clean and linens were fresh.”

“place was great. parking was a bit challenging but 4 trucks and trailers were able to make it work. neighborhood is bit rough, was once a booming town when coal was strong. but no problems and the direct neighbors were great. pool was perfect.”

“We had a small family reunion and it was awesome. The pool was great to relax and we did some four wheeling on the trails and the game room just brought all of us together and a nice cozy space awesome experience.!”

“This is our second time staying at this cabin, its location to the trailhead, availability to multiple restaurants, gas and all the amenities make it a go to spot! Justin is always very accommodating and easy to get ahold of if any questions arise. The pool and game room are an awesome feature that many others don’t have! We’ll be back again in the fall, thanks again! 🫶🏻”

“Interesting house, plenty of space inside for our group of 8. Loved the neighborhood dogs! Parking was tight for our 3 trucks/trailers but we made it work. Great location and responsive host!”

“We had a blast, house was clean, a/c worked very good, pool was fantastic after a long day of trail riding The only thing that we didnt like was the grill But everything else was a 10/10”

“Karen’s place was amazing! It was PERFECT for a big group. The pool is a nice size, there was plenty of towels, seating and beds. The house is a maze but in the best way! Karen was SO accommodating and responsive. Area might be alittle sketchy at first but had no issues, locking up garage is a great amenity.”

“The beds were very clean and comfy. There were a ton of towels and extra linens (which was super nice with a large group). The pool was great amenity. We brought two trucks and trailers with 3 atvs. The carport and garage was awesome for the atvs. Overall, we had a great stay and the house worked well for our group.”

“Very cool and unique house, loved the outside area with the speakers and covered deck with tvs everywhere. Upstairs was nice with a pool table and bar area. Area was a little sketchy but we never had any problems with anyone. Neighbors were local and were friendly to us.”

“This was a perfect spot for a larger group. Loved that we could ride to the beginning of the Buffalo Mountain trails. It was nice to have the garage for securing the bikes. We were a little concerned by the blight as we drove up the street but no security concerns and the house was comfortable and cute.”

“The home was spectacular! It had everything we needed and more! Our group agreed it was a wonderful experience and they felt like they were right at home! I really appreciated Karen's quick response time whenever we had a question. We hope to be back again soon!”

“Group of 7 stayed here for utv. Beds are nice and comfortable for the couples. Bathroom setup is a little strange as the one up stairs you need to walk through the couples room to use it or everyone else shares one downstairs. Really no big deal at all. The back patio is great. We spent every night out there. Tv, stereo, grill were all perfect. Drive utvs right from house. We actually had a person in our group who owns a trucking company and hauled all our utvs out that way and parked it right out front. Not easy but did it no problem. Great host. Quick responses. I believe the neighbors maintain it. They were right there with any questions. When we go back we will definitely stay there again.”

“Karen is an absolutely amazing host. House was setup beautifully, clean organized and was perfect for our group. Pool was a plus also, sleeping arrangements worked out beautiful and most of all the trails are in the backyard. If your looking for a place to stay, this is it!”

“Beautiful and spacious. Karen was very generous with extras (garbage bags, dishwasher tabs, laundry pods) the pool area is amazing - parking was a bit tight (4 trucks 4 double trailers and 8 UTVs) but we worked it out!!”
